Maintenance Tips

  • Maintenance checks will be done at your annual tuning.

Why use distilled water?

  1. Prevents Mineral Buildup: Distilled water is free from minerals and impurities found in tap water, which can accumulate and cause blockages or damage to the humidifier system.

  2. Extends System Life: By avoiding mineral deposits, distilled water helps prolong the life of the humidifier pads and heater bar, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

  3. Maintains Optimal Performance: Using distilled water ensures the system operates efficiently, maintaining consistent humidity levels that protect your piano from damage.

  4. Reduces Maintenance: With fewer impurities, distilled water minimizes the risk of corrosion and other issues, making maintenance easier and less frequent

These benefits help keep your Piano Life Saver System functioning effectively, ensuring your piano remains in excellent condition.
