Designed for pianos due for routine yearly maintenance and tuning.

The appointment duration is approximately 2 hours.
*Issues such as sticky keys, pedal malfunctions, broken hammers, etc. will be addressed during the 30 min regulation time allowance and are included in the cost up to 30 min.

"It's Been a While" - Half Day
Designed for pianos that have not been serviced in over five years.
Half-Day service includes:
Case dusting & light interior cleaning
Wipe down keys
Pitch correction
Tuning
120 minutes regulation and/or voicing
Depending on your piano's condition, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve optimal performance. Regular maintenance not only enhances sound quality and playability but also prevents premature wear and extends the lifespan of your instrument.
The appointment duration is approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.
*Issues such as sticky keys, pedal malfunctions, broken hammers, etc. will be addressed during the 120 min regulation time allowance and are included in the cost up to 30 min.

Bi-Annual
Designed for clients who want their pianos tuned twice per year with routine maintenance. Services included are the same as the Annual Maintenance, plus one additional tuning.
*Popular choice with religious institutions and schools.
